Can't find your consignment, or need a hand? You've got two backup options.
- Phone dispatch on 1800 256 447 — fastest. Have your consignment number ready. Mon–Fri 0700–1800; Sat 0800–1200 (Sydney time). After hours, the same number redirects to the on-call operator.
- Email operations — jobs@bertramlogistics.com.au with subject line 'Track [consignment number]'. Include your consignment number, pickup date, origin and destination. We respond within two business hours during business hours and within four business hours otherwise.
What the tracker shows you. Current status (booked / picked up / in transit / out for delivery / delivered), expected ETA, photographic POD images for picked-up and delivered consignments, and any exception notes (delay, dock-window slip, weather routing).
